Natural Dye Workshop with Waldorf trained Barbara Kuehn

Join us at Willow Grove Traditional Art School for this 2 part workshop series on Dying and Felting from local fibre artist Barbra Kuehn.

Barbara first started dyeing with plants in 2008 when her first child was born. In her quest to have natural clothing for her new baby she started dying wool and silk to knit baby clothes. Later on she became a part of a wool group at the Waldorf school in Switzerland where she learned new techniques and skills.

Barbra has gained much experience by doing and really likes the full circle; from picking the plants, to dying the wool, to then creating an art project.

Come out and learn how to process raw wool in preparation for turning it into an art project or piece of clothing.
