About the event

In this 1 day workshop you will create a Jar Cover using soft materials.  Wild harvested Cattails and Bulrushes combined with plants that grow in everyones garden will be used in this workshop. A beautiful and practical project that will serve as a protective cover for your new drinking glass jar.

You will learn basic plaiting, twining and wale weaves 

Suitable for beginners.

Time: 10 am to 4 pm Saturday 11th January

Place: Willow Grove B&B Inn and Traditional Arts School

Cost per person:  75.00 plus tax

Bring a small pair of sharp thread trimming scissors, and a pot luck item for lunch~ Complimentary Coffee and tea~
