About the event
In this 2 day workshop you will create a stylish basket purse from local wild willow. This is a simple design that incorporates several basic weaving techniques that give it strength and beauty. The Leather straps incorporated into the weave compliment the natural colors of the willow giving it practical strength and a stylish look.
You will learn basic basketry techniques geared to the beginner weaver.
